Premier Escrow Services, Inc.

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 27, 2026

Last Updated: August 25, 2026

Premier Escrow Services, Inc. ("Premier Escrow," "Premier," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information you provide when using our website.

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected through our website, how we use it, the third-party services used to operate the website, how long certain information may be retained, and the choices available to you regarding information you submit to us.

This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through or in connection with this website. It does not govern information collected or maintained as part of an actual escrow transaction. Once an escrow is established, information and records relating to that transaction are handled in accordance with applicable escrow instructions, Premier's internal policies, the California Escrow Law and other applicable laws and regulations.

1. Information You Provide to Us

When you submit an inquiry through our Contact form, we may collect:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Type of transaction
  • Information you voluntarily include in your message

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, communicate with you, determine how we may assist you, and discuss potential escrow services.

Submitting a Contact form or communicating with Premier through this website does not by itself establish an escrow or create an escrow relationship.

Please Do Not Submit Sensitive Information

Our website Contact form is intended for general inquiries only.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, taxpayer identification numbers, bank account information, wiring instructions, credit or debit card information, driver's license or identification documents, passwords, escrow documents, or other sensitive financial or identity information through the Contact form.

If sensitive information is required in connection with an actual escrow transaction, Premier will provide appropriate instructions for transmitting that information.

2. Website Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 ("GA4") to understand how visitors use our website and to help us evaluate and improve website performance.

Google Analytics may collect information such as:

  • Pages visited
  • Approximate geographic location
  • Browser and device information
  • Referral source
  • Date and time of visits
  • General website navigation and usage information

Premier has configured Google Analytics for analytics purposes only. Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals are disabled, and Premier does not use Google Analytics for remarketing or cross-site behavioral advertising.

We do not intentionally transmit information entered into our Contact form, such as your name, email address, telephone number, transaction information, or message contents, to Google Analytics.

Premier's GA4 event-level data retention setting is currently configured for two months.

3. Cookies

Google Analytics may place analytics cookies on your device to distinguish visitors and measure website usage.

Premier does not currently use advertising cookies, remarketing pixels, or cookies for cross-site behavioral advertising.

If our use of cookies or tracking technologies materially changes, we will review and update this Privacy Policy and any related website notices as appropriate before or in connection with implementing those changes.

4. Contact Form Processing

Premier uses Formspree, a third-party form-processing service, to receive inquiries submitted through our website Contact form.

When you submit the Contact form, the information you provide is transmitted to and temporarily processed by Formspree so that the submission can be processed and delivered to Premier.

Premier currently uses Formspree's Free plan, under which Formspree maintains a limited history of form submissions. Premier's current configuration does not use Formspree integrations with advertising platforms, customer relationship management systems, email-marketing platforms, or similar marketing services.

Information received by Premier from a website inquiry may thereafter be maintained separately by Premier as ordinary business correspondence as described below.

5. How We Use Information

Information collected through the website may be used to:

  • Respond to inquiries
  • Communicate with prospective or existing customers
  • Discuss potential escrow services
  • Operate and maintain the website
  • Understand website traffic and usage
  • Improve website functionality and content
  • Protect the security and integrity of our website and communications
  • Detect or prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity
  • Maintain appropriate business records
  • Comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements

Premier does not use information submitted through the Contact form for third-party behavioral advertising.

6. Sale of Personal Information and Advertising

Premier does not sell personal information collected through this website.

Premier does not use personal information collected through this website for cross-site behavioral advertising or remarketing.

We do not receive revenue from selling personal information collected through the website.

7. Service Providers

Premier uses limited third-party service providers to operate and support the website.

These currently include:

  • Google Analytics — website traffic and usage analytics.
  • Formspree — processing and delivery of website Contact-form submissions.

These providers may process limited information as necessary to provide their respective services to Premier and operate their systems.

Premier periodically reviews the third-party services used by its website and may modify those services from time to time. If a change materially affects the information described in this Privacy Policy, this policy will be updated as appropriate.

8. Data Retention

Website inquiries that do not result in an escrow may generally be retained by Premier for up to 24 months following the last substantive communication relating to the inquiry.

Information may be retained for a longer period when reasonably necessary to address a legal or regulatory obligation, complaint, dispute, security matter, suspected fraud, litigation or anticipated litigation, or other legitimate recordkeeping requirement.

Information temporarily maintained by a third-party service provider may be subject to that provider's applicable retention practices.

If a website inquiry results in the opening of an escrow, records associated with the resulting escrow transaction are governed by Premier's applicable escrow recordkeeping and retention requirements rather than the general 24-month website-inquiry retention period described above.

9. Your Privacy Choices

You may contact Premier regarding personal information that you have submitted through this website.

Subject to applicable legal, regulatory, security, recordkeeping, and legitimate business requirements, you may ask us to:

  • Identify information you submitted through the website
  • Correct inaccurate contact information
  • Delete website inquiry information that Premier is not required or reasonably entitled to retain

Premier may need to verify your identity before acting upon a request involving personal information.

10. Information Security

Premier uses reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information collected through the website against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no website, email system, or Internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Do not transmit sensitive financial information, wiring instructions, account credentials, or identification documents through the website Contact form or ordinary email unless Premier has specifically instructed you to use an approved method.

For additional information concerning wire fraud and electronic communications, please review our Security & Wire Fraud Notice.

11. Wire Fraud Warning

Real estate and escrow transactions are frequent targets of wire fraud, phishing, email compromise, and impersonation.

Never rely solely upon wiring instructions received by email.

Before transmitting funds, independently verify wiring instructions directly with your Premier escrow officer using contact information you know to be legitimate.

If you receive a communication stating that previously provided wiring instructions have changed, do not transmit funds based solely upon that communication. Contact Premier immediately using independently verified contact information.

12. Children's Privacy

This website is intended for adults seeking information about escrow services and is not directed to children.

Premier does not knowingly use this website to solicit personal information from children under 13.

13. Third-Party Websites

Our website may contain links to websites operated by third parties.

Premier does not control the privacy, security, content, or operating practices of third-party websites. When you leave Premier's website, the privacy policies and terms of the third-party website will govern your use of that website.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Premier may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our website, technology, business practices, service providers, or applicable legal requirements.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will identify the most recent revision.

If Premier implements a material change in website tracking, advertising, data collection, or third-party processing practices, we will review this Privacy Policy and related website notices as appropriate.
