Premier Escrow Services, Inc. was founded in 2003 with a straightforward idea: escrow should be handled by experienced people who understand the transaction, understand their responsibilities, and know how to solve problems when a deal becomes complicated.

More than twenty years later, that remains the way we do business.

Premier Escrow is an independent escrow company, and we believe that independence matters. We are not owned by or affiliated with a real estate brokerage, bank, title company, insurance company, or other party with a financial interest in a transaction. We do not represent the buyer or the seller. Our responsibility is to remain neutral, follow the written instructions of the parties, safeguard funds and documents entrusted to us, and help ensure that the transaction is completed properly.

That independence allows us to focus on what escrow is supposed to be about: protecting the integrity of the transaction.

Experience From Both Sides of Business

Premier Escrow is owned and operated by Ana and Oscar Chacon, who bring two very different but complementary backgrounds to the company. Ana brings more than 30 years of escrow experience and a practical understanding of what it takes to move transactions from opening through closing. Over the course of her career, she has worked through the details, deadlines, documentation, personalities, and unexpected issues that come with escrow. That experience is especially valuable when a transaction does not follow the textbook.

Oscar brings a different perspective from a career serving clients through CPA and consulting firms in the areas of information technology, risk management, business advisory, internal process controls, and problem solving. That background developed a disciplined approach to understanding complex situations, identifying risk, working through contractual and business issues, and finding practical solutions for clients.

Together, those backgrounds have shaped Premier Escrow into something more than a company that simply processes documents.

We approach escrow as a business, contractual, compliance, and fiduciary responsibility.

More Than Traditional Real Estate Escrow

While Premier Escrow handles traditional real estate transactions, one of the areas that sets us apart is our ability to handle transactions that require a broader understanding of business.

Our team has experience with specialized escrows including Bulk Sale Escrows, Business Asset Sale Escrows, Holding Escrows, and ABC Liquor License Escrows.

These transactions can involve far more than a buyer, seller, and piece of real estate. They may involve creditors, business assets, purchase agreements, liens, governmental agencies, licensing requirements, funds held under specific conditions, and statutory deadlines. They require an escrow company that is comfortable working through details and understanding how the pieces of a transaction fit together.
